<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">What do you do when the one friend you thought would never do anything, hurts you so bad? its one of my best friends; for all intensive purposes lets call her Rachel. Now last weekend it was Rachel's birthday. She said she wasn't going to have a birthday party and that she was going to a theme park with her family instead.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">What do you do when you find out it wasn't her family that went to the theme park with her, it was the whole freakin year except for you and the rest of the group she hangs out with? And what if she told you that she had to miss the party you had planned for her and do karate instead when really she was with the school bullies?</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">What kind of friend does that?</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">And if she does do that is she really a friend?</span>diabetes@teenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11048924186530136813noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2929637123777285148.post-51336318113563690602013-04-23T05:29:00.000-07:002013-04-23T05:29:07.070-07:00First Post<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I have never written a blog before.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I guess i dont know what to say.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">This is my first post so i guess i should tell you about myself. I am a teenager living in a place that i have been all my life. I am fourteen, I am female. I have a little sister and a mum and dad who are divorced. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">i have diabetes...</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of ten or eleven, i dont quite remember. I use an insulin pump. lets just say that i am not very good at managing my diabetes and i get in trouble for it a lot. like if i dont check by BG (blood glucose level) ( if you are going to read this blog than you will have to keep up with the 'code words') or if I don't bolus for the food i am about to have.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So i am struggling with handling my diabetes and probably even some family issues, so i thought it might be a good idea to start a blog and see what other people think of my life. they might even help with suggestions on what i could do...</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I guess thats it.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">My first post.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">My Intro.</span></div>
